Scope: New build – Full Service Interior Design, Custom Lighting Design, Joinery & Décor

The client, a seasoned Swallow and property investor, wanted a house that appealed to sophisticated European taste and standards with energy-efficient state-of-the-art technology.

Through a layering of texture and linear form, contemporary cachet was given to classic materials such as slate, marble, granite and oak. We applied a colour palette of soft silvery greys, cool white and anthracite with accent tones of muted sea foam and shale. We sourced and specified all finishes & materials including tiling layouts, designed the steam/gym room & cinema room; commissioned bespoke furniture; designed all decorative lighting & water features; project management and QC of decorative Subcontractors.
