Lola’s Café was an iconic but tired vegetarian restaurant that had lost its groove. The new owners wanted the space opened up for more seating, squared off & modernised to reflect the modern menu. Hub stations were created to enhance flow and functionality: Juice-coffee bar; waiter’s station, till station & a serving hatch – to keep your eye on the chefs. The décor is simple & urban with a pop of colour and retro vibe. Windows now stack back and open out to the street to create a light, vibrant, and honest venue offering gourmet breakfasts, artisan breads and lunches prepared by talented chefs.
